Wade Forrester's under 23 men's side, who are the reigning champions, cruised to a 46-nil victory at Wagga Wagga's McDonalds Park thanks to a hat-trick from Dante Lusio and brace to Jason Gillard.
Headlining this side were Kiama's Cameron Vazzoler and Tom Angel, Shellharbour's Wayde Aitken and Juvilee Samiu, Warilla-Lake South's Blair Grant and Josh Dowel, Jamberoo's Kyle Stone, Gerringong's Judd Collyer, Stingrays' Zaan Weatherall and Nowra-Bomaderry's Gillard.

While Adam Bezzina's women's side knocked off last year's premiers 34-8, showing they mean business in 2020.
This season, Bezzina's squad features Group Seven's Olivia Patterson (Milton-Ulladulla), Meghan Buchanan (Milton-Ulladulla), Josie Strong (Berry-Shoalhaven Heads) and Brittany Constable (Albion Park-Oak Flats).

In the juniors, the Dragons Laurie Daley side moved into top spot on the ladder thanks to a 36-16 victory over the Bulls.
The win was set-up by tries to Toby Peters (two), Isaiah Kennedy, Jayden Brody, Ed Pierce and Braith Lawrence-Foye - with Peters also nailing all six conversions.

Unfortunately, the Dragons Andrew Johns Cup side fell 22-16 to the Bulls, despite four-pointers from Darby Turner, Jaxon Lavendar and Brodie Arkinstall-Brazenall.
Next round, all four ISC Dragons teams play the Western Rams at the Collegians Sporting Complex on Sunday - starting with Andrew Johns Cup at 10am, before Laurie Daley Cup (11.30am), women (12.50pm) and under 23 men (2pm).
