Zunic, who has helped the the Eagles to a 21-10 record this season, was recently named in the Big South Conference All-Academic Team.
Joining the former Sanctuary Point Public School student in the team are Campbell's Cory Gensler, Gardner-Webb's Eric Jamison, High Point's Caden Sanchez, Longwood's Sean Flood, Presbyterian College's JC Younger, Radford's Chyree Walker, UNC Asheville's Jax Levithc and USC Upstate's Nevin Zink.
The Emerging Boomers star is one of three Winthrop Eagles to be named in all-conference teams, joining DJ Burns (Freshman of the Year, All-Freshman Team and Second-Team All-Conference) and Chandler Vaudrin (Second-Team All-Conference) - the fourth time in the school's history they've had three honours in the same season.

Eagles' Hunt Hale also received an Honorable Mention All-Conference selection.
Zunic, who is averaging 5.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists this season, and his Eagles start their Big South Tournament on Marsh 5, when they battle the USC Upstate Spartans in the quarter-finals, at the Dedmon Centre.
