After sending Norths in, Ex-Servos skittled the visitors for just 46, with only Jason Webber (18) and Glenn Tyson (13) making double figures.
With the ball, Don Tharaka (3/7) and Harminder Singh (3/15) both took three wickets, while Pardeep Negi (2/15) added two.
In reply, 77 from Singh and 34 from Matthew Isackson steered Ex-Servos to 8/177 at stumps on day one - to secure first innings points.

Tyson (1/7) and Murray Roach (1/16) were the tidiest of Norths' bowlers.
At Zealand Oval, Bomaderry were sent in by Berry-Shoalhaven Heads and posted 77, thanks to Adam Darby's 33.
Michael Troy was near unstoppable with the cherry, taking 5/15 off nine overs - with Mal Windley taking 2/1.
In response, Berry has already claimed first innings points, finishing day one at 7/105 on the back of Aaron Coutts-Smith (44) and Alec Dobson (27).

For the Tigers, Riley Ingram (3/21), Gary Evans (2/14) and Craig Ingram (2/18) all bowled strongly.
The round's final match - as Ulladulla United has the bye - saw Sussex Inlet (6/182) secure first innings points against Batemans Bay (99) at the Thompson Street Sporting Complex.
Standouts for the hosts were Adam Sargood (43 not out), Aaron Piendl (42), Mark Robson (39) and Christian Sargood (3/40), as Tom Purcell (31) and Brett Woolridge (3/51) did what they could for the Bay.
