Versatile utility Kate Orme has been brought into the starting 21 to replace defender Ashton Hill, who suffered a season-ending knee injury against Collingwood last weekend.
It will be a fairy tale debut for the 30-year-old, who has been employed as the club's social media producer for the past five years.
Having worked at more than 10 AFL derbies, she will be familiar with the atmosphere tipped to be generated at Optus Stadium on Saturday.
Confirmation of the starting side, which sees AFL South Coast product Collier start on the wing, ensures that seven Eagles - Dana Hooker, Parris Laurie, Kellie Gibson, Courtney Guard, Ashlee Atkins, Belinda Smith and Beatrice Devlyn - will lock horns with their former Fremantle teammates.
