Jake Fraser-McGurk, Seb Gotch, Travis Dean and uncapped Monash Tigers spinner Wil Parker have been included in the squad.
Parker is another spinning option for the squad with Jon Holland sidelined with a finger injury.
Sam Harper and Will Pucovski are both unavailable for selection as they continue their recoveries from concussion.

Harper was concussed during the BBL season and has returned to modified training, while Pucovski is recovering from his concussion sustained while playing for the CA XI on the Gold Coast last week.
"Sam's symptoms fully resolved last week which has allowed him to get back into training, but we're easing him back into a modified program before returning to play," Cricket Victoria's team doctor Trefor James said.
"We're continuing to monitor Will's progress and a phased approach to his return to training.
"As young players who have prior experience with concussion, it's important that they are given as much time as required to fully recover."

Aaron Finch and Glenn Maxwell travel to South Africa for Australia's ODI and T20I tour later this week and James Pattinson has been rested in preparation for Australia A's four-day fixture against England Lions at the MCG.
Victoria will be looking to record its first win of the current Shield season after three losses, two draws and an abandoned fixture prior to the BBL window.
Victorian squad: Peter Handscomb (c), Scott Boland, Travis Dean, Jake Fraser-McGurk, Seb Gotch, Marcus Harris, Nic Maddinson, Wil Parker, Matthew Short, Peter Siddle, Will Sutherland and Chris Tremain.
