The Shoalhaven has lost a well-known businessman and community member with the death of Wes Madge.
Mr Madge passed away in the early hours of Tuesday, January 28 at Shoalhaven District Hospital, the day after his 85th birthday.

The business also evolved into selling and maintaining mowers, chainsaws and other yard machinery.
As well as a strong involvement in the local business community he was also extremely prominent in a number of local organisations such as the Nowra Town Band and the MS Society.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years Meg and their children Steven, Ray and Darren and their families.
Funeral details are yet to be finalised.
