The Nowra Police Station has three Volunteers in Policing, while Ulladulla has one.
The volunteers are dedicated to promoting crime prevention activities, maintaining local registers, supporting victims of crime and witnesses attending court and helping with customer service initiatives.
Certificates of recognition were presented to a number of the volunteers during the special event.

John Hurwood was recognised for completing 10,000 hours of service.
Pam Stanley received her 20 years of service and Tom Turner received recognition for 15 years of service and 1500 hours of volunteering.
Cakes, biscuits and cheese were the flavour of the day with the VIPs celebrated their day with officers and staff of the Nowra Police Station.
