After winning the toss and batting, the Magpies posted 4/182 thanks to Charlie Howard (91) and Richard Katon (34 not out) - with Blake Hill taking 2/37 for Nowra.
In reply, the visitors (8/154) fell just short, despite 38 from Steven Midson.
Michael McCarron (2/18) was Berry's best with the ball.

Across the park, at Zealand Oval (west), North Nowra-Cambewarra defeated Ulladulla (5/98 to 8/97).
In the win, Norths were best served by Stephen Wallace (34) and Samuel Neri (3/19), while Darren Smith (57) and Bodhi Morgan (2/14) did what they could for United.
At Francis Ryan Reserve, Bay and Basin downed Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens (7/138 to 132) thanks to Nicholas Walter and Aravind Dev taking four and three wickets respectively.
Finally, the match between Sussex Inlet and Batemans Bay at Thompson Street was abandoned due to the ongoing South Coast bushfires.
