NSW police say they are investigating what caused a light plane to crash-land on a beach on December 1 near Ulladulla.

"About 6.30pm today, emergency services were called to Racecourse Beach, Ulladulla, after reports of a light plane crash," a police spokesman told Australian Community Media.
"Officers attached to the South Coast police district located the plane at the site.
"The pilot and single occupant was uninjured. Inquiries have commenced to determine the circumstances of the crash."
