The crash occurred at about 8.30am on Monday, November 25, at the intersection of the Princes Highway and Island Point Road.
A 68-year-old man, a 50-year-old man, and 70-year-old woman and a 78-year-old woman were assessed by paramedics, and only have minor injuries, a NSW Ambulance spokesperson said.
Traffic is being diverted via the Grange Road and Wool Road.
