Leslie, who helped the Tigers win the Waratah League YLM crown in 2018, and his Davis and Elkins Senators opened their 2019/20 campaign with an 85-58 road loss to Ferris State at Big Rapids (Michigan) - despite 14 points and five rebounds from the Shoalhaven product.
The very next day, the Senators dropped their second straight away game, going down 84-64 to Grand Valley State.
But a return to the McDonnell Centre boded well for Leslie, who recorded a win in his first official home game - edging Ohio Valley 88-83, thanks to nine points from the Shoalhaven forward.
Two night later, 10 points from the Nowra Anglican College alumnus helped his squad chalk up their second consecutive win, downing Clarion 89-75.
But their winning streak ended at two, as they suffered a heavy 86-63 loss to California University of Pennsylvania.
Through the first five games of his college hoops career, Leslie is averaging 7.8 points and 2.2 rebounds in 14 minutes of action.
Leslie will next hit the court on the road against Fairmont State on November 23, before returning home three nights later to face Frostburg State.
