Hatch, who already has two open women's crowns to her name, helped her East Coast Dolphins defeat the Northern Rangers 7-4 in the final.
The East Coast Dolphins also won the men's 20s (9-3 against Vipers) and men's 50s (5-3 over Central Coast) titles.
The only Vipers team - which is based on the South Coast - to win their division, was the men's 55s, who edged Stingrays 5-2 in the decider.
The Vipers lost thew women's master decider 4-3 to ACT.
Other winners from the weekend included Central Coast (open men, men's 40s, men's 45s, open women's and women's 20s), Sydney Pirates (men's 30s), Tigers (men's 35s, mixed 20s and mixed senior) and ACT (senior women's).
