Shane Ishwerwood's side, who had already defeated South Coast and Highlands, lost the toss at the Bernie Regan Sports Complex and bowled first.
Illawarra openers Sam Sharpe (54) and Daniel Wark (26) started the innings brilliantly, before knocks from Aidan Cook (69), Matthew Garnero (45) and Samuel Hobson (29) steered their team to 7/260 from their 50 overs.
The hosts openers Justin Rumble and Blake Dixon took 2/29 and 2/32 respectively, while Rhys Burinaga (2/35) and James Dickinson (1/33) also bowled sharply.

In reply, both Ryan Hall (30) and Dickson (22) produced handy knocks for Shoalhaven, but once both of them fell, with the score on 62, the rest of the line-up crumbled.
The hosts would go on to lose their final eight wickets for just 59 runs, including Burinaga (four), Rocky Lavalle (six), Sean Griffin (seven), Jack Sweet (eight), Christian Sargood (15), Angus Lowbridge (zero), Rumble (10) and Dixon (nine) - with Troy Sweet finishing on zero not out.
Both Isaac Warburton (3/23) and Jamie Phillipson (3/30) claimed three scalps, as Blake Smith (2/23) and Hugo Ikeda (2/24) chimed in with two each.
Next up for Shoalhaven is two Twenty20 matches against Illawarra and Highlands on November 17, which will be played at Shellharbour at 10am and 2.30pm respectively.
