Emergency services were called to a small section of bush alight in Worrigee around 11.30am on Tuesday, November 12.
A section of bushland, about 10 metres by 20 metres, off Stanbury Place was extinguished by NSW Fire and Rescue Nowra crews and a Rural Fire Service crew from Ulladulla.
Police are investigating how the fire started.
