At the Milton Showground, United posted 82 after choosing to bat first - with Paul Pinches (17) and Greg Howarth (16) top-scoring.
The pick of the bowlers for the Bay were Paul Cullen (3/9) and Bailey King (3/16).
In reply, knocks from Tyler Frawley (31 not out) and Luke Gallen (19) guided the visitors to 5/84 in the 21st over - despite 2/5 from Eddie Lee.

At Zealand Oval, Berry-Shoalhaven Heads defeated Sussex Inlet (5/193 to 176) - with Trent Redlich (75 not out) and Logan Cosgrove (3/32) starring.
In the defeat, Brendan Calladine (32) and Marlin Webber (2/20) did what they could.
Bay and Basin downed North Nowra-Cambewarra (6/196 to 6/192) at the Bomaderry Sports Complex, on the back of Chris Labb (81 not out) and Rhett Colliss (2/28).
Norths' Stephen Wallace scored 100 not out in the loss.
Finally, Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemens edged Nowra (5/161 to 156) at Lyrebird Park, thanks to strong performances by James Hancock (36), Matthew Spinks (3/15) and Bryce Goldfinch (3/30).
Blake Hill (41 not out) and Robert Bricklebank (2/23) were Nowra's best.
