It was the turn of the juniors to take centre stage on day two of the National Indigenous Football Championships at Ison Park, South Nowra today (Friday, November 1).

All the junior boys and girls teams enjoyed taking part in this most important competition.
The standard of play from the juniors was impressive and the standard of athleticism was also high.
The players scorched up the field and kicked some tremendous goals.
Local teams from Roseby Park and Wreck Bay proudly represented the local area.

Many other local juniors enjoyed the 'Kickin with a Cuz' clinic which was held on Wednesday also at Ison Park.
Meanwhile, this year's competition features teams from Peak Hill, Kempsey, Canberra, Batemans Bay, Wallaga Lake, Tamworth, Dubbo, Armidale, Newcastle, Grafton, Cairns, Illawarra and the Shoalhaven of-course.
Tomorrow (Saturday, November 2) is finals day for the men's and women's teams - the women's final is at 1 pm and men's at 3 pm.
