If you love a good challenge, get yourself down to Moorhouse Park on Sunday, November 3.
The annual Noah's Challenge is celebrating its eighth year, and the not-for-profit invites everyone to come and have a go at their 4km Amazing Race style course.
Organiser Trevor Wright said the course is suitable for everyone.
"The challenge is inclusive, and you can make it as hard or as easy as you want," he said.
"We completed it as a family and I could push my daughter Lily the whole way around the course in her wheelchair."
Mr Wright's family became involved with Noah's, a not-for-profit that supports children with disabilities and their families, seven years ago.
They started taking part in the annual challenge to give something back.
"We've been fortunate," said Mr Wright.
"This is an opportunity to give to an organisation that helps us and so many others."
It's a family affair for the Wrights, and this year Cathy and Lily will man the registration stand while Trevor and his other daughter, Erin, will help set up.
Erin is also competing in the challenge with some friends.
