After winning the toss and batting, the hosts posted 152, thanks to 65 from Riley White - with Tyler Frawley taking 5/20 for the visitors.
The total wasn't enough, as 83 not out from Tony Dcosta steered the Bay to 4/153 in the 37th over - despite 2/10 from David Webb.
Also at Lyrebird Park, North Nowra-Cambewarra defeated Shoalhaven Ex-Servciemens (4/199 to 66).
In the win, Stephen Wallace (89), Alex Parsons (55) and Frank Neri (4/2) starred.

At Zealand Oval, 127 not out from Michael McCarron guided Berry-Shoalhaven Heads to victory against Ulladulla United (4/229 to 8/180).
Ulladulla's Andrew Robertson (3/19) and Paul Pinches (44) did what they could in the loss.
Finally, Sussex Inlet edged Bay and Basin (251 to 9/182) at the Leisure Centre, thanks to Dale Jarrett (80) and John Walker (60).
Mark Horsfall took 4/19 and Nicholas Walter hit 49 for the Dolphins.
