Just over the past month we've had Cr Greg Watson announce three Shoalhaven Independents candidates for ward one, the Liberals have decided to run for council and there are internal Labor tensions over council preselection.
Tonight we will see those internal Labor tensions play out in the public sphere as Cr Bob Proudfoot has put forward a pointed notice of motion.
It recommends councillors refrain from making accusations of bullying in the media, requires them to withdraw the unauthorised communication and have explained what bullying is at the upcoming code of conduct training session.

Party politics will not be the only motion of interest at council tonight. We'll see the controversial 45 degree rule brought back into discussion after a motion was passed at the most recent development and environment committee to keep the rule.
Keep a keen eye on what happens with Cr Nina Digiglio's motion to undertake public consultation into making the Nowra CBD smoke-free. Previously Cr White has been open to the idea of a survey of residents although Cr Andrew Guile was strongly opposed to the idea.
