Amelia Anderson, Grace Hughes, Kiah Shine, Riley Sutherland, Ruby Sewell, Taylah Clarke and Yasmin Anderson are all part of the girls Australian Football squad, while Dash Stewart, Indiana Hayburn, Remy Martin and Tori Martin will look to improve their hoops skill during their time in the basketball program.

Three golfers, Bella-Rose Pond, Daniel Marsden and Sienna Clarke, will follow in the footsteps of Sanctuary Point professional Jordan Zunic, as Brooklyn Henry - who won IAS Athlete of the Year in 2017, Zac Peters and Zara Jobson have been included in the triathlon team.

Swimmers Archie Skinner, Bailey Hazlewood, Callum Elliot, Jackson Blake, Talika Irvine and Lachlan Blake, netballers Alexandria Kerrigan, Darci Edwards, Ella Dyball (also in athletics), Emma Keane, Georgia McAlister, Halle McKnight, Liana Taua'ao and Taryn Drewe and rugby union players Alfred Coulthart, Harry McAlister, Sebastian Ball and Thomas Fletcher have all be chosen in their selected sports' squads.

Not to be outdone are netball umpires Madelyn Black and Tasmyn Anning, tennis' Malia Barrele and Parri Barrele, athletics' William Dyball, wrestling's Jake Treyvaud, surfing's Keira Buckpitt, surf lifesaving's Kirra Dale and Australian Football's Oliver Driscoll, who will also work hard training over the next 12 months.

All 260 IAS scholarship holders recently held their introductory seminars, which included an initial strength and conditioning testing.
