A Sanctuary Point man arrested on Sunday over several alleged thefts from motor vehicles in the Bay and Basin area has been granted bail.

Chase Edward Darby, 36, did not enter any pleas to two counts of larceny and two counts of entering enclosed lands when he appeared in Nowra Local Court on Monday, October 14.
Darby was arrested on October 13 by Bay and Basin Police who were investigating a number of alleged thefts in the area.
He was originally refused bail by police before appearing in court.
Court papers allege Darby broke into two vehicles in Mustang Drive, Sanctuary Point between 9.10pm on October 11 and 7.30am on October 12 taking $40 cash and a power bank charger valued at $30.
He was granted bail to reappear in court on November 18.
