Suffolk, fresh off claiming three gold and one silver medal at the Oceania Masters Athletics Championships at Mackay, won two gold medals at the 17th edition of the games, staged from October 5-12.
The 49-year-old's first gold came in the street one mile event, where she clocked a time of 6:55, to take out the women's 45-49 age category.
The Victory Runners athlete then backed it up in the 8km cross country race, where was finished with a time of 38:00, to edged out second-placed Rachel Krywanio (46:51) for the crown.
These two medals take her 2019 tally to 10 gold, two silver and three bronze, which leaves Suffolk with a grand total of 445 medals (259 gold, 111 silver and 75 bronze) from 1987 to this year.
She will now rest up ahead of her 2020 campaign, which she hopes will see her pass the 450 mark.
