At Kevin Walsh Oval, in the third verse fourth match (based on previous rankings due to both semi-finals being washed out), Justin Weller's Shoalhaven side locked horns with the Highlands.
Weller won the toss and elected to bowl, sending the Highlands to the crease.
At the end of their 50 overs, the Highlands finished at 9/253, thanks to 55 from Cameron Pike, 44 from Tim Goldfinch and 35 from Matthew Cupitt.
With the white ball, Shoalhaven were best served by Weller (4/29) with Gary Fuss (1/19), Ben Beck (1/19), Justin Rumble (1/27), Nick McDonald (1/45) and Damian Spelta (1/52) also claiming wickets.
In reply, Shoalhaven could only muster 115 from 23.5 overs.
Shane Bell (25) and Luke Jurancic (21) were the only Shoalhaven batsmen to offer any real resistance to the Highlands attack, which was spearheaded by Alex Debs (5/23) and Dale Wellington (2/35).
Pike (1/6) and Mason King (1/13) also claimed scalps for the Highlands.
The final between Illawarra and South Coast at North Dalton Park was abandoned before a ball was bowled on Sunday, seeing the former retain the trophy.
The Greater Illawarra Zone representative team will be selected early this week, with the squad to head to Goulburn for the Country Championships in early November.
