The 14th annual event will be held at the Bomaderry Bowling Club on Saturday, October 19, starting at 7:30am.
The theme this year is Pink on the Farm. Come with a friend, get a group together or come solo and have a bit of fun for a very serious cause.
A 'name the pig' competition will also run this year. If you've got a suggestion for the impressive, stuffed animal, call organiser Carla Balsar on 4421 0044 and share your idea by October 12.
You can also enter your name suggestion via the Pink Shoalhaven Facebook page.
Carla said this year the event is lucky to have Heather McAlpine as the guest speaker. She is an author, relationship therapist and survivor.
"It will be great to hear her story," Carla said.
"The rest of the morning will be filled with our usual shenanigans - raffles, best dressed, best table, lucky dips and of course, a yummy breakfast."
Tickets are $30 per adult. They are available at Kerry's Klothes in Nowra, at Bomaderry Bowling Club or online here.
Last year's breakfast raised an impressive $7000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Carla is hoping for similar again this year.
Carla said the theme of Pink on the Farm should be fun but is optional. Everyone is welcome.

About Love Your Sister
- 'Love Your Sister' is a million-strong village of everyday Aussies committed to vanquishing all cancers with hard science.
- It started with an insane dare. Co-founder Connie Johnson dared her younger brother, actor Samuel Johnson to unicycle around the country in the face of her terminal diagnosis with breast cancer. Their aim? To remind every mum in the land to check their boobs.
- Love Your Sister proudly passes on every individual donation to scientific research.
