Last year, Croft and Berry's Gabriel Lombardi were invited to the United Kingdom to train with West Ham.
Now Croft is preparing to head to Italy for an experience with Juventus - one of the biggest football clubs in the world.
"I was training with Patafta Academy in Wollongong and the coach sent through positive reviews to the Canberra base part of the academy and because of this, Kaz Patafta emailed my parents wanting to invite me on this Juventus tour," Croft said.
"After speaking to Kaz and Matt Patafta, we decided it would be a great opportunity to experience Italian football first hand."
Croft, 11, and his squad will leave to Europe on Sunday, September 29 before returning on Friday, October 11.
"I am excited to learn a new culture of football and the way they play it over there," Croft said.
"I love being in the an environment which focuses and prioritises football, even for a short length of time.
"My time will mostly be spent training at the Cantalupa training ground with top quality coaches.
"I am expecting to be challenged and continue to learn to develop my game."
As the Nowra Christian School student alludes to, there will be a lot of training session on the tour but they will also experience a Champions League match between Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen.
" I am hoping to improve my game, learn, develop and be challenged," he said.
"I want to make playing football my career, so being immersed in a culture that is so focused and has amazing quality coaching and players will be invaluable.
"I can experience something that not many 11-year-old players have the chance to do.
"To say that I have trained and played in Italy is something I can keep with me for life - it will be amazing."
Croft is just one of 11 players in Australia to be invited on this trip, which he knows will be even harder than his West Ham one.
"I know I will have to step it up, as I expect their expectations are of a higher standard," he said.
"I am lucky to have experienced an intense training tour before, so I have some idea, but Italian style of training and football will be different to English football in their methods and expectations.
"I am excited to learn a different style of football to progress my game.
"Different culture, language, training style, environment and even the weather - as London was very cold."
To prepare for the tour, Croft has been training regularly with the Patafta Academy, while also participating in Chipper's Finishing School at Bellambi - which will both set him up for future goals once he returns from Italy.
"I am looking at trialling for teams further north this year, to challenge myself further and get more game experience in a bigger field of players," he said.
"I am continuing to be tracked and coached by Kaz and Matt Patafta and have begun strength and conditioning training as another aspect of my football development.
"I am hoping to up my training schedule even more next year and take the necessary steps to help achieve my goals."
