Grand Pacific Health operates the GP Clinic in Scenic Drive, the HASI (Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative) office in Nowra and also headspace Nowra.
The entire GPH team, who all have a strong focus on mental health, will come together to help create awareness around this important issue.
R U OK? Day is a suicide prevention charity empowering everyday people to start conversations around mental health and wellbeing in the hope of breaking down stigma, building meaningful connections and offering support.
It follows similar events supported the South Coast Australian Football community and supported by the Bomaderry Tigers.
GPH Chief Executive Officer Ron de Jongh says the organisation is proud to support R U OK Day.
"Across our 13 hubs we have several activities happening to recognise this important day and help create conversations around people's mental health," he said
"We invite people to join us in the garden outside our clinic on Thursday between 6am and 9am for a coffee and chat."
Chance and Bec's Triple U FM Morning Show will be broadcasting live at the event, at 107 Scenic Drive Nowra (between the hospital and cancer care centre - overlooking the Shoalhaven river)
The community are invited to come down for a coffee, breakfast and chat anytime between 6am and 9am.
