The team, who are off to the Gold Coast to compete at the Australian titles later this month, opened the finals day at Lyrebird Park with a eight-wicket win in the semi-final against Hi-Flyers second VIII.
In the morning's other semi-final, Battalion edged out Turfkings by two wickets, to book their spot in the decider.
In the decider, Battalion batted first and posted 5/168 from their 20 overs, paced by Liam O'Brien (50 not out from 23 balls), Matt Bell (39) and Troy Cole (35).
With the ball, Hi-Flyers were best served by Tobias Hanger (2/38), Anthony Johnston (1/24), Shawn Higgins (1/29) and Dylan Higgins (1/47).
In reply, Hi-Flyers reached the target (4/169) with three balls to spare, to claim the first ever Shoalhaven LMS premiership.
With the willow, Hanger (53 not out from 24 balls) and Scott Fagerlund (50 not out from 24 balls) both made half-centuries for Hi-Flyers, while Cole (1/29), O'Brien (1/31), Bell (1/32) and Dre Howlett (1/43) all took wickets for Battalion.
