On Sunday at Kiama's The Pavillion, the 17-year-old, who won last year's inaugural award, polled 13 out of a possible 15 votes through the final five AFL South Coast rounds - including four best on ground performances - to pip Tigers team mate Bridget Kellett by one point for the prize.
The night's other premier division player of the year award went to Figtree's Jacob Hennessy, who took out the prestigious Tunbridge Medal - finishing three points ahead of second placed Jack Boxsell (Bomaderry).
The Tom Smith Medal, for best and fairest of the men's division one competition, went to Nowra/Albatross' Marco Basaglia, while Ulladulla's Matthew Thompson claimed the division two men's prize.
Bay and Basin's Olivia Delahenty took out the women's division one Best and Fairest award.
In his first year in charge of Bomaderry's women's team, Geoff Gibbs was named Senior Coach of the Year.
The Darren Williams Rising Star Award was won by Bomaderry's Siwa Harvey-Aziz, while Kiama's Kelsey Wishart took out the women's gong.
The premier men's and women's goalkicking awards were taken out by Lions' Toby Bishop (41 goals) and Lions' Jacquelline Wilson (34 goals) respectively.
Not to be outdone were umpires Dylan Welsh and Thomas Joy, who received the Golden Whistle and Brian Archer Development Award respectively.
The night's final award, Volunteer of the Year, was won by Ulladulla's Kimberley Peat, with Nowra/Albatross' Bianca Smith taking our the Volunteer Merit Award.
Tom Smith was inducted into the AFLSC Hall of Fame, with his granddaughters Renee Christensen and Rachel Ecomomos on hand to accept the award.
The evening also saw both the Men's and Women's Team of the Year announced.
The back six of the men's team includes Wollongong Lions' Joshua Tier and David Nolen, Kiama's Ben Maddern, Figtree's Hamish McDonald, Wollongong Bulldogs' Aaron Jory and Northern Districts' Thomas Strong.
The three men across the middle of the park are Kiama's Nick Baggio, Figtree's Callum McFadden and Bomaderry's Jack Boxsell - joining on-ballers captain Rohan Watson (Lions), Jack Mahoney (Kiama) and Ben Green (Lions).
While the six forwards are Lions' Toby Bishop, Sam Wilson and Ramez Dagher, Kiama's Charlie Wood, Bulldogs' Patrick Walker and Norths' Brendan Davis - with Lions duo William and Chris Cook and Figtree's Jacob Hennessy and Cameron Daly on the bench.
The coach of the Men's Team of the Year is Figtree's Will Ryan.

On the other side of the ledger, Bulldogs' Peter Anstice was named coach of the inaugural Women's Team of the Year.
The back five of Anstice's side are Lions' Jordan Van de Voorde (skipper) and Melissa Beaveridge, Kiama's Nellie Hicks, Norths' Olivia Cleal and Bulldogs' Romy Bradmore.
Lions' Ella Moate, Bomaderry's Sophie Phillips and Norths' Kristen Lee make up the centre line, joining Kiama's Kelsey Wishart, Bomaderry's Bridget Kellett and Bulldogs Kelsey Hogan in the middle of the park.
Rounding out the side are forwards Lulsa Marzotto and Kathryn Gaskin (both Bulldogs), Briana Daigleigh (Kiama), Katie Sargent (Bomaderry) and Jacquelline Wilson (Lions) as well as bench players Makayla Sheahan (Bulldogs), Valentina Sisoska (Norths), Clair Farquhar (Kiama) and Jessica Liddiard (Bomaderry).
