Gregory Elliott, 38, also known as Gregory Peck, of Revesby Heights pleaded guilty to armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to take motor vehicle in company, using an offensive weapon in company to prevent detention, aggravated break and enter and being carried in conveyance in Nowra Local Court on Tuesday, August 21.
The charges stem from a series of brazen crimes by Elliott and alleged co-accused brothers Jimmaley Boney, 30, of Wagga Wagga and Jack Daniel Boney, 28, of Lurnea in Sydney, who are also before the courts.
It is alleged Elliott and the brothers held up a jewellery store in Owen Street, Huskisson around 5pm on December 12 2017.
Officers were told three men armed with a firearm assaulted the store owner and stole cash and jewellery at the Treasure Cove Jewellery Store before escaping in a stolen car, which was found nearby a short time later.
It is alleged the men carjacked two cars, with a 43-year-old woman injured during one of the incidents when she was run over.
Police patrols located the men on Jervis Bay Road, with a pursuit started but terminated due to the manner of driving.
A short time later, the vehicle was spotted by police, who followed it down a bush track at Tomerong, where the offenders allegedly dumped the car, with one producing a firearm and confronting police before fleeing into bushland.
Despite extensive police searches the trio managed to evade capture, allegedly stealing another vehicle which police spotted and tried to stop before pursuing it to Nowra where the men dumped the car and again fled on foot.
Elliott was arrested around 2am [December 13] after a home invasion in Morton Parade, Nowra, in which he tried to force an occupant of the property to drive him to another location.
It is alleged Jimalay Boney broke into a home in Douglas Street, Nowra, making off with an Isuzu ute before allegedly stealing another vehicle.
He was eventually arrested on December 16 in Campbelltown,
Elliott will be sentenced in Parramatta Court on September 3.

They will face a trial in Nowra District Court on March 9 next year.
