This round opened with the two St Georges Basin FC Reserve Grade Ladies teams facing off again at home. It was a more tightly contested game than their last match-up, but despite Reserve Grade White's efforts, Reserve Red were able to get two up with goals from Kiara Smith and Crystal Edwards-Wakeling.

First Grade took on Sussex away and found themselves in a very scrappy game which ended in a 1-0 loss for the girls.
U15 Boys had a forfeit this week due to lack of available players. U17 Boys took on Huskisson and really rose to the occasion. Despite goals from Brendan Sleeman and Ethan Van Baardwyk, the boys went down 3-2.
Over 35s had a 7-0 win over Huskisson with Ray Luke scoring a hat-trick and Gabe Garin scoring a brace. Peter Roth and Mark Foggin also scored for the team. The over 35s are now competition champions.
Under 13 Girls had a 3-0 victory against United Grizzlies which kept them in fourth position. The girls will need to win against the United Bears this Saturday to keep their spot in the finals. Goals scorers for last Saturday's game were Scarlett Harcombe, Saphira Webber and Isabella Schofield.
Under 13 Boys B had a 7-0 loss to Bomaderry. Under 13 Boys A Red had a nail-biting game against Shoalhaven Heads which ended in a 2-2 draw. Brothers Callum and Craig Rowley were the goal scorers of the game. Under 13 Boys A White had a bye and remain top of the ladder. A win this week will see them claim the competition champions title.
The senior mens travelled to Lyrebird Park to take on United. Third grade suffered a 3-1 loss, with Al Shakir scoring for the team. The loss leaves them in 5th place, only three points behind the two teams currently in equal 3rd place. It is not impossible for the team to make the finals, but it will rely on results going Basin's way.
Reserve Grade men had a 2-0 loss. They are currently on equal points with the third-placed team, but fourth overall on goal difference. They need to secure one win from the next two games to be assured of a finals spot. This has been a sensational season for a team that has finished last in the previous two years. It just shows what hard work and the addition of a couple of quality players can do to a side.
First Grade went down 3-2 when a penalty was awarded to United over what many believed was a fair challenge in stoppage time. The First Grade men's side has been decimated this year with major injuries to players of the quality of Connor MacQueen, Ben Cubbo, Steven King, Justin Barutha and Dane McGinn, while we also lost players of the calibre of Jake Schutz for an extended period and George Haberley for the season. Coach Craig Holden has done a brilliant job of juggling the team around and keeping them competitive. At this stage the team is in equal fourth place on points but fifth overall on goal difference.
