This year's service will mark the 53rd anniversary of the Vietnam War.
Shoalhaven Vietnam Veterans' Association president Clyde Poulton said all service and ex-service personnel and their families and the general public are invited to attend the service.
"The service lasts around 30 minutes and is a chance to pay respect and remember those who paid the ultimate price for their country," he said.

"Our guys are now getting older, most are 70 plus and even our ranks are thinning.
"Vietnam is an important part of Australian military history and it's important we remember that. It is also a chance for us [veterans] to keep in touch with comrades and mates and see how everyone is going.
"Ours is a simple service to mark that service and sacrifice. Locally each year the event is organised and run by Vietnam veterans."
The commemorative service starts at 5pm.
This year's address will be given by the former Commander of the Royal Australian Navy Fleet Air Arm, Commodore Vince Di Pietro (Ret).
Mr Di Pietro will be making the trip back from the west especially for Sunday's service and will talk about how, as a young flyer, he was mentored by many of the navy helicopter pilots from HMAS Albatross who had served in Vietnam.
