Playing in gale-force winds at Saunders Oval, the Tahs were able to control possession and ensure the match was largely played in Shoalhaven's half.
The win marks the first time the Tahs have won back-to-back games this season and coach Tim Olsen was thrilled with what he described as the team's best performance of the year.
"We played really well," Olsen said.
"We were up for the game, we play our best footy when we're at home.
"We weren't able to stop the Brandon brothers, but we were able to limit them, which brought about the result. We played well, moved the ball well with our Fijian connections."
While all the team's backs produced impressive performances, it was Wise who made the most impact on the scoreboard, the fullback crossing for three tries.
Five-eighth Mininder Singh also found the line, while inside centre Christopher Joseph added a try of his own.
"Vincent scored a good try from a kick return, he's a strong ball runner with good footwork and he was able to show his skills, which was awesome for us and great to watch.
"We haven't had the most wins, but we played some good footy and we're playing entertaining footy. We're pretty happy to get the result and it's good the boys are enjoying their football."
In the loss, Mark Brandon scored all of Shoalhaven's points, chalking up three tries and as many conversions.
In Saturday's only other match, Campbelltown secured their first victory of the season - the Harlequins defeating rivals Camden 36-12.
In the lower grades, Shoals defeated Tech Tahs 29-24 in seconds, while Tech Tahs edged Vincentia 24-22 in thirds.
Next up for Shoals is their final home match of the season, where they'll host Bowral during the club's inaugural Indigenous round.
