A NOWRA man charged with breaking into and stealing food items from a Dapto hotel-motel and cash and equipment from a Kiama pizza shop has been refused bail in Nowra Local Court.

Jason Victor Fornaciari, 32, did not enter any pleas to two charges of break and enter and one count of dealing with the proceeds of crime when he appeared in Nowra Local Court on Friday, July 19 before Magistrate Michael Stoddart.
Court papers alleged Fornaciari broke into a room at the Dandaloo Hotel Motel at Kanahooka Road, Dapto between 6am June 7 and 2.30pm on June 11 and allegedly took food, including juice, milk and cereal.
He is also charged with allegedly breaking into the Domino Pizzas shop in Terrarlong Street Kiama between 10am July 17 and 9am July 18.
Court papers said between $700 and $800 in cash was stolen, along with hard drives, Eftpos machine and slips and keys during the robbery.
Police arrested Fornaciari in shopping centre car park in Nowra shortly after 9am on Thursday, July 18 and was allegedly in possession of a number of items taken during the robbery including Australian currency, hard drives, Eftpos machine and slips and keys.
He was also allegedly in possession of CCTV cameras.
Fornaciari was refused bail to appear in Wollongong Court on July 23.
A 55-year-old Nowra woman, also arrested by police in the Nowra car park, was charged with dealing in the proceeds of crime and having goods suspected as being stolen.
Police executed a search warrant at a Nowra home and located and seized a white utility vehicle, which was allegedly stolen about 5.30pm Tuesday, July 16 from Bong Bong Street, Kiama, two electric bicycles valued at approximately $8000, cash and a large amount of property believed to be linked to a number of break and enters in the Kiama area.
She was granted conditional bail to appear before Nowra Local Court on September 2.
