The crucial victory couldn't have come at a better time for the Knights, with just four rounds remaining in the regular season, as they now sit in fifth position on the ladder.
The Knights peppered the Stingrays defence during the early stages of the match through a sharp and livewire passing game, which aided Knights backrower Toby Nobes who claimed first try honours.
Cameron Vazzoler converted as Kiama led 6-nil.
The visitors ran riot and raced to a 22-nil lead after just fifteen minutes, as the Stingrays struggled to keep up with the highly confident speed and tenacity of their opponents.
Kieran Poole crossed the white chalk from close range, while a hard running game from the Knights forwards laid a perfect platform for the tries of Matt Morris and Jay Delaney.
After a lengthy period without possession, the Stingrays got on the scoreboard through Hone Tukere, who was assisted by a perfectly waited grubber kick for his effort as they trailed Kiama by 22-4.
The hosts set their sights on getting back into the clash, but a length of the field intercept try from Matt Morris ended that possibility, as Kiama completely dominated the rest of the half.
Tom Angel bagged a first half double and Ethan Ford proved too hard to stop from close range while Dylan Morris scored the try of the first half as he was helped by a brilliant infield kick by Cody Wheatley.
Vazzoler slotted four more goals from three attempts as his side led 50-4 at the break.
The hosts were hoping to begin the second period on a better note but couldn't contain a determined Knights side that continued to put the foot down.
Vazzoler claimed a well deserved hat-trick while Angel notched up four tries for the match.
Tom Atkins, Daniel Martin and Tyler Clark all scored off the back the Knights ability to crack their opponents defensive structure on the halfway line.
Vazzoler landed six conversions from eight attempts as his side ran out winners by 94-4.
Angel, Vazzoler, Ford, Clark, Dylan and Matt Morris were the standouts for the Knights while Jayden Sargent, Hone Tukere and Josh Simmons did all they could for the Stingrays.
