Rebecca Greech, Candice Phillips-Hands, April Demech and Teagan Stone have spent the last three weeks developing their employment skills through ITeC's jobs pathway program.
In addition to learning about how to apply for jobs, effective communication, teamwork and problem solving, the women took on a practical project of running a market stall and sausage sizzle.
ITeC business development manager, Virginia Wren, said the women were "just amazing".
"They've all been very motivated and very keen."
They held the stall in Nowra on Thursday, July 4, with all proceeds - more than $300 - going to the Nowra Youth Center.
Ms Greech said the experience had given her career inspiration.
"I've been in charge of the marketing and realised I really enjoy it," she said.
"It's something I never thought of before, but now I'm looking at a carer in it.
"It's been heaps of fun, lots of hard work, but really rewarding."
