While the under 16s GSR team features 10 Group Seven players from Aaron Lucas' side, which also won both matches at the recent round robin tournament.

Greater Southern Region manager Kevin Felgate is pleased with the progress of the program so far and is confident the teams will be extremely competitive in Yass on July 20.
"Bringing together the three competitions to select a regional side is never an easy task, as the level of talent we had to choose from was extremely pleasing," Felgate said.
"Despite a short preparation, I am confident we can come away with exciting results from the Southern Pool Championships".
While in Yass, Greater Southern Region will take on teams from Monaro, Bidgee and Western.
If Greater Southern Region win through that day, they will face the winner of the northern pool, which includes teams from Central Coast/Newcastle, North Coast, Northern Rivers and Greater Northern that will play at Glen Innes' Meade Park, in the grand final on July 27 - with the venue still to be determined.
Both teams will begin training on Wednesday, July 3.
