Tries to Thomas Hill and Tom Sims and three goals from Mark Brandon (one conversion and two penalties) set up the break through for Steven Brandon's side.
"It's always good to break the losing streak and it's been a long time coming for us," skipper Brandon said.
"Our defence, from all 15 players, was where the game was won - we just kept putting them under pressure and coming up with the one per cent plays.
"It was our most complete performance this season."
In other first grade results, Avondale smashed Tech Waratahs 68-nil, Vikings thumped Bowral 40-18 and University edged Kiama 19-13.
Unfortunately, Shoals second grade side went down 61-nil to Shamrocks.
In third grade, the Vincentia Van Goghs, who now sit in first place, defeated Shamrocks 40-10.
Next up for the Shoals is a trip to Campbelltown to play the last-placed Harlequins.
