Seventeen players from the AFL NSW/ACT Rams have been included in the side, which combines with Tasmania for the second leg of the Championships.
The Eastern Allies will come up against some tough competition when the championships kick-off on the Gold Coast in July, facing the Central Allies (South Australia and Northern Territory hybrid team), Victoria Country and Victoria Metro across their three games.

Coaching the team will be Canberra's Steve Mahar, who will be assisted by GWS Giants' Louise Stephenson and Tasmania's Jamieson Smalley.
Mahar, who recently coached the Rams to a round one clean sweep against Tasmania, says he is proud of the high Rams representation in the team.
"The number of girls from New South Wales and the ACT in the team is a great reflection of the growth across all of our Youth Girls competitions right across the state and territory," Mahar said.
"The girls that have been selected have really upped their professionalism and we are lucky to have such a talented group of players.

"The girls bonded exceptionally well as a team and resulted in them playing a great brand of footy that allowed them to shine.
"Tassie have some fantastic players who will bring some real talent to the Allies team.
"Mia King was a standout in the round one games and I look forward to working with her and the other elite players.
"As with anything, it is always good to test yourself against the best and I believe the Eastern Allies have what it takes to compete against the likes of Victoria Country, Metro and the Central Allies.
"We are looking forward to the challenge and expect to make it a tough contest."
Phillips, 17, is joined in the Allies team by Rams team mates Paris Crelley, Jayde Hamilton, Abby Favell, Zoe Hurrell, Jessica Whelen, Emily Pease, Olivia Edwards, Lillian Doyle, Breanna Tarrant, Olivia O'Donnell, Hannah Stewart, Georgia Garnett, Tarni Evans, Emily Hurley, Eloise Hiller-Stanbrook and Jordyn Joliffe.
These 17 Rams are joined in Mahar's squad by Tasmania's Charlie Lovell, Mia King, Priscilla Odwogo, Jemma Webster, Camilla Taylor, Amy Prokppiec and Killarney Morey.
