After being woken up by police it's alleged Melinda Summarrell, 31, returned a reading five times the limit.
Police were called to the Caltex Service Station in North Street, Nowra around 9.10pm on April 25 after staff contacted police.
Officers say they had to shake her by the shoulder and shout at her to wake her up.
She returned a breath reading of 0.251.
Court papers said Summarrell had driven a Toyota Seca north along North Street from the Australian Hotel before turning into the service station.
It is alleged she pulled into the middle driveway and passed out with the engine still running.
She told police she had just dropped some friends off and knew she shouldn't be driving because "I'm drunk, so I did the right thing and pulled over to have a sleep."
She will reappear in court on July 29.
