Their premier men's team went down in a thrilling contest to Northern Districts 9.11-65 to 9.6-60, despite playing one man short, due to a red card, from the 17th minute of the second quarter.
In the loss, Jack Boxsell, Courtney Ward, Blair Oliver, Mathew Ganderton, Matt Hickmott and Brent Herdman did what they could for the Tigers.
Fortunately for Bomaderry, this was their only loss for the afternoon, with their premier women's and division one men's side defeating Norths and Port Kembla respectively.
Geoff Gibbs' women defeated Norths 7.6-48 to 4.6-30, while Brent Tyrrell's side fought back to edge the Blacks 7.9-51 to 4.10-34.
Best for Gibbs' side were Renee Matthews, Jess Liddiard, Josie Hudson, Sophie Phillips, Bridget Kellett and Simone Hackett, while Jack Batson, Matthew Polman, Matthew Bryce, James Biggs, Bailey Hooker and Lachlan Hunt starred for Tyrrell's troops in the win.
Crosstown rivals Nowra/Albatross split their two games at West Street Oval on Saturday.
Their division one women's side went down 6.5-41 to 1.3-9 to Bay and Basin, while their division one men's team defeated Kiama 11.4-70 to 4.7-31.
At Ulladulla Sports Park, the Ulladulla Dockers took on the Wollongong Bulldogs - with their division one women's team smashing the visitors 7.9-51 to 1.0-6 and their division two men going down by just three points (9.6-60 to 9.3-57).
