Australia's Biggest Morning Tea was held throughout the country on June 23.
For thew past few weeks hosts had been busy perfecting their scone recipes and mastering the art of brewing the perfect cup of tea to participate in the largest, most successful fundraising event in the country.
Last year an amazing $11.9 million was raised to help beat cancer.
An event held at the Shoalhaven Cancer Care Centre had tea-totalers ticked pink as they enjoyed a delicious spread of scones, cakes and sandwiches.
Live music, a raffle and good company drew crowds to the fundraiser.
Accommodation and support services coordinator, Jarrod Flyn was pleased with the turn out.
"The morning tea is a special event for all the staff, nurses, doctors and patients at the centre," Mr Flyn said.
"The event raises funds for vital cancer research and provides support."
In 2018, the centre raised $2700 for Cancer Council Australia.
The goal this year was to reach $3000.
