The pair, who play for the Wests Tigers Mackay, helped their Mackay representative side - which also featured Shellharbour's Sam Clune - won both their matches of the weekend's Foley Shield tournament, helping their side claim the trophy for the first time since 2011.
Mackay first defeated Townsville 20-16 before edging Cairns later in the day in a thriller 26-22, with a try after the siren - with Cairns defeating Townsville 34-18 in the other match.
The Group Seven pair and their Marlins side will now battle the QRL Central Region and two South East Queensland regional teams at Southport on June 1 and 2.
Joining Dee and Snell in the open Marlins squad are Jack Campagnolo, Ty Carucci, Terrence Casey-Douglas, Cephas Chinfat, Davin Crampton, Joe Eichner, Taulata Fakalelu, Patrick Gallen, Tyler Gardiner, Rod Griffin, Chippie Korostchuk, Samuel Martin, Schae Mawer, Samsen O'Neill, Ivan Petelo, Steven Tatipata and Nathan Traill.
