The Nowra pre-poll booth opened on Monday at 8.30am, allowing constituents to cast their votes before the election on May 18.
A steady flow of residents filtered into the old Tourist Information Centre, took how to vote cards from dozens of volunteers and voted on the first day of early voting.
Vincentia, Kiama and Ulladulla pre-poll booths will open next week on May 6.
Australian constituents are more engaged than ever this election - the Australian Electoral Commission has reported a record 96.8 per cent of eligible people are enrolled for the 2019 federal election.
This is the most complete electoral roll in history with youth enrolment also an all-time high of 88.8 per cent.
There is assisted wheelchair access at all pre-poll booths listed below.
