The Jets, on Saturday at the Nowra Showground, literally waited to the last minute to record victory over the Stingrays of Shellharbour.
Down 14-10 the home side looked in real trouble but the Jets were not going to stop trying and the result came down to one last play.
Kim Jorgensen decided she would re-write the saying "cometh the hour cometh the man".
Jorgensen not only scored the try to level the score at 14-all, as the final siren sounded, she also calmly kicked the goal to give her side a 16-14 win.
So "cometh the hour cometh the woman" and she also played a great game for the entire contest.
Well done to both sides producing what was a true classic.
Meanwhile, the Jets reserve grade side also played well to defeat the Stingrays on Saturday.
The Jets won 24-12 in what was an entertaining and willing match.
