Minister for Communications and the Arts, Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield, recently announced Ms Bott will continue her role.
She was first appointed to the Board of Bundanon Trust in April 2016 and to the Chair in June 2018.
She has been a driving force in leading the NSW South Coast arts organisation in securing funding for its $30.6 million infrastructure development to secure a new art gallery and education facility on the Trust's Riversdale property.
Ms Bott is looking to continue her role.
"I'm thrilled to be continuing as Chair of Bundanon Trust. Arthur Boyd gifted Australia such a unique and special place for the nation and dreamt of helping make art accessible to more Australians," she said.
"Our masterplan for Riversdale will help realise his vision as well as bringing great economic and employment benefits to the Shoalhaven region."

She also serves as a Trustee of the Australian Museum, a Director of the Australian National Academy of Music, a board member of the Sydney Orthopaedic Research Institute and NIDA Foundation Trust.
Ms Bott is the former Artistic Director of the Canberra Writers Festival and former Acting Director of the National Portrait Gallery. She was the CEO of the Australia Council from 1999 to 2006, prior to which she had spent seven years as General Manager of Musica Viva Australia.
She has also held senior management and Board positions at Opera Australia and the Arts Council of Australia.
