The young Tigers, coached by Lyn Robinson, defeated the Wollongong Lions 7.4-46 to 5.5-35 at North Dalton Park.
The black and gold started the match strongly, running out to a 14-8 lead at quarter-time, before leading by 11 points at the main break.

The lead stretched to 24 points by three quarter-time before the Tigers held on to win 46-35, despite not kicking a point in the final term.
In the win, both Ruby Sewell and Lily Robinson kicked two goals each, while Marieke Carlile, Amber Muffet and Riley Sutherland all kicked majors too.
Joining this quintet in the squad were Madison Carr, Elly Simms, Livia Barger, Kiah Shine and Taylah Clarke.
In round two this Sunday, Bomaderry will travel to Chapman Oval to play the Kiama Power from 12.30pm.
