A free three-day workshop will be held by the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District next month.
The workshop covers services and supports, planning ahead,health and well being, plus an opportunity to meet other carers.
The event will be held over three weeks on Wednesday 8, 15 and 22 from 9.30am-2.30pm at the Bomaderry Bowling Club.
