Judge Warwick Hunt dismissed charges of being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence, two counts of damaging property and entering enclosed lands without a lawful excuse.
Court papers stated Riley was allegedly armed with a 500mm metal bar in Nowra on February 19, 2017.
He was also charged with damaging four tyres on a woman's car and damaging two fly screens while being on a property at Worrigee.
Judge hunt dismissed the charges under the Mental Health Act following a special hearing in Sydney.
