Ulladulla, Nowra and Kiama residents saw the first good drops of rain for more than a month after a dry February and early March.
According to the Bureau of Meteorology's daily rainfall data, Ulladulla's Area Weather Station recorded 86mm from Friday, March 15 to 9am on Monday, March 18.
Ulladulla's largest falls were in the 24 hours to 9am on March 18 with 68mm recorded. Over February, just 11.8mm was measured in Ulladulla.
Falls of 8.2mm and 11.8mm were recorded at Kioloa's Old Post Office on March 15 and 16.
In Nowra, 86mm was recorded at the Nowra Ran Air Station with falls of 19.6mm, 10.2mm and 56.2mm from March 15 to 18. Just 13.6mm was recorded at the weather station over February.
Over the same time period 80.6mm fell at Kiama with the largest being 41mm up to 9am on Saturday, March 16.
Similarly falls of 53.6mm, 26mm and 33.8mm were recorded at the Point Perpendicular weather station in Jervis Bay.
Showers are forecast for Nowra over Monday and Tuesday, while thunderstorms are a possibility for Ulladulla.
