A Milton man, accused of photographing young girls for his own sexual gratification, has faced Milton Local Court.

Darryl Robert Gama, 43, did not enter any pleas on Thursday, February 14 to charges of film person's private parts without consent - aggravated, film person's private parts without consent and produce child abuse material.
The freelance photographer, who was dressed in black and wore sunglasses, crouched behind a wall at the front of Milton Local Court to avoid TV cameras. Inside the courthouse during his first appearance he was accompanied by two supporters.
Facts tendered to the court allege Gama knowingly filmed another person's private parts to obtain sexual arousal or sexual gratification without consent of the person being filmed in circumstances of aggravation, being the person filmed was under the age of 16.
The offences allegedly occurred between 3pm and 3.30pm on December 28 at Lake Conjola.
Police also accuse Gama of knowingly filming a person's private parts for the purpose of sexual arousal or sexual gratification without their consent and producing child abuse material by photographing children under the age of 16.
The prosecution notified Magistrate Gabriel Fleming it was also referring the case to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
His bail was continued. Gama will next appear at Milton Local Court on Thursday, February 28.
